Coffee is packed with natural caffeine, and when consumed in moderation, natural caffeine like the one in coffee, is a healthy living choice for a natural, active lifestyle. When consumed in moderation, meaning 2 to 3 cups a day, you could improve your health and wellness by fueling your day with natural energy.
How much coffee should you drink?

I personally enjoy the taste and aroma of coffee, my favorite coffee is a double espresso without sugar. I believe good quality coffee tastes better without additives. If you need to mask the flavor is probably not good coffee.

1 teaspoon of Sugar /1 sugar packet = 16 calories
1 teaspoon of honey = 21 calories
2 tablespoons of Fat-free milk: 12 calories
2 tablespoons of coffee creamer = 40 calories
2 tablespoons of pumpkin spice coffee creamer = 70 calories
Coffee and multivitamin supplements.
Taking some multivitamin supplements at the same time as a cup of coffee can interfere with the body’s absorption of key nutrients. Plan the intake of vitamins accordingly so that the diuretic effect of caffeine does not inhibit the absorption of vitamins such as calcium, Vitamin D, Iron, b Vitamins, manganese, zinc, copper, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphate, and vitamin A.
